A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due no later than 60 days before arrival. For bookings made within 60 days of arrival, full payment is due at the time of booking.
Payment is made by bank transfer in Swedish kronor (SEK). Full bank details are provided in your booking confirmation.

No refund is issued for early departure or non-participation in activities at the client's initiative.
Every stay is fully all-inclusive: airport transfers (Vilhelmina or Hemavan), all guided activities, full board by our Michelin-starred chef, wine and aquavit pairings, and unlimited spa access.
Activities are subject to weather and safety conditions and may be adapted or replaced without refund. Our team will always offer alternatives.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, and outdoor activities including dog sledding and snowmobiling.
Lakita Lodge is situated in a remote area of Swedish Lapland — emergency services response times can be significantly longer than in urban areas.
